1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how The Gen AI Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles refunds and cancellations for courses and consultancy services. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Course Refunds
- All course purchases are non-refundable.
- Once a course is purchased, access is granted immediately, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- Users are responsible for reviewing course descriptions before making a purchase.
3. Consultancy Services Cancellation
- Consultancy service bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling may be permitted at our discretion, subject to consultant availability.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors preventing course access.

5. Payment Disputes
- Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to our support team before initiating chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider.
- Payments processed via Thinkific and Stripe are subject to their respective policies.
