Cecilia Lascialfari is a creative technologist, artist, and international voice at the intersection of art, AI, and immersive technology. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, she earned her Master’s in Multimedia Content Design at RAI (Italian Radio and Television) with the Faculty of Engineering and Communication Sciences.
As founder of ARea6DoF, an online magazine dedicated to art and technology across XR, AI, AR, and VR, Cecilia has built a global platform for dialogue and discovery. She also serves as Lead for Art & Creativity at Women in AI Italy, where she champions inclusive innovation and the role of creativity in shaping AI’s future.
Her work spans dynamic artworks that merge analog and digital art, photography, generative AI, and augmented reality. Recognised with the Women in Tech Community Italy Award in 2024, Cecilia went on to serve on the Voting Advisory Committee for the Women in AI Global Innovation Awards 2025 in New York. She also represents Artivive in Italy and organises AWENite Florence for AWE (Augmented World Expo) USA, connecting communities around immersive creativity.
An international GenAI researcher and sought-after speaker, Cecilia invites organisations and individuals to rethink what creativity means in a human–machine world. Through her practice, she shows how AI can be a catalyst for innovation, storytelling, and cultural transformation.
