• Courses must remain exclusive to The Gen AI Academy.
• We only host consultant-created materials; we do not modify or distribute them.
• Consultants may use The Gen AI Academy branding only to market their courses and services on our platform.

5. Course Sales

• All course purchases are non-refundable.

6. Consultancy Services

• The Gen AI Academy does not guarantee the quality of consultancy services, but consultants must maintain a high level of positive customer feedback.
• We process payments for consultancy services.
• Consultants may be removed if they fail to maintain high ratings, professional standards, or if they engage in sexual discrimination.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

• The Gen AI Academy is not liable for issues arising from consultant services. Clients engage consultants at their own risk, but we take all feedback seriously and will address issues where possible.
• Courses are hosted on Thinkific, and The Gen AI Academy is not responsible for any issues related to platform functionality, payments, or security. Users should refer to Thinkific’s Terms of Service for platform-related concerns.

8. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Share content or passwords.
• Distribute course materials outside The Gen AI Academy.
• Engage in harassment or fraudulent activity.
