AI has moved past being a clever assistant—it’s becoming an ecosystem of agents that can call tools, retrieve knowledge, and execute workflows. In this workshop, Bence guides developers and technical product owners through the emerging discipline of agentics, where AI isn’t just responding to prompts but coordinating as strategist, planner, orchestrator, and watchdog.
The curriculum spans everything from preparing PRD documents and putting emphasis on architecture to building agentic swarms capable of complex decision-making. Participants will get hands-on coding experience with cutting-edge platforms like Claude Code, Cursor (plus using MCP tools and connecting to MCP servers to speed up the process), while learning how to embed these systems securely into existing enterprise stacks. Delivered as a multi-session series with code labs and demos, the program also offers a hackathon-style option, enabling teams to test and refine their agentic builds in real time. By the end, attendees will be equipped to design robust, production-ready AI agents that deliver measurable value at scale.
