Drawing on real-world experience building AI workflows across industries, Erik delivers practical patterns that participants can put to work immediately, not someday.
This session goes well beyond basic prompting. Erik introduces a simple mental model for how AI shows up at work; as summariser, drafter, thought partner, and agent. He then brings each role to life through live demonstrations, audience challenges, and worked examples drawn from everyday workplace tasks. Participants leave with a clear action plan, a set of reusable prompt patterns, and the confidence to make AI a dependable part of how they work.
This workshop is designed for employees who are already experimenting with AI but using it in an ad hoc way, they’ve tried ChatGPT or similar tools, they’re getting some value, but they haven’t yet built consistent habits or structured approaches. They want to go from occasional user to confident, effective practitioner.
