We start at the top, to train your senior leaders with the specific behaviours and frameworks needed to drive adoption. We highlight your AI pioneers and finalise your AI training roadmap. Your existing LMS content mapped, and create tailored content where needed. Whilst using your existing materials where possible.

6 months following the completion of stage 3, we carry out a full Skills Progress Review . We measure movement against  your baseline and set the agenda for your next phase.
