We start by finding out where your teams actually are by conducting a skills assessment, psychographic workforce analysis, and leader interviews to produce a tailored AI Adoption Plan: a clear map of where your organisation is, where it needs to get to, and the most direct route between the two.

Senior Leadership Activation
We start at the top, to train your senior leaders with the specific behaviours and frameworks needed to drive adoption. We highlight your AI pioneers and finalise your AI training roadmap. Your existing LMS content mapped, and create tailored content where needed. Whilst using your existing materials where possible.
In our most intensive programmes, skills confidence more than doubled — from 3.0 to 6.3.

03 — BUILD

Progress Assessment
6 months following the completion of stage 3, we carry out a full Skills Progress Review . We measure movement against your baseline and set the agenda for your next phase.
