What the day looks like
Every AI Activation Day is structured around three core phases, shaped entirely by what your team needs.
We start by setting the scene — exploring what AI actually means for your industry, separating the hype from what’s useful right now, and giving your team a clear-eyed view of where AI can genuinely help. This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation, built on real-world examples from your sector.
Then we move into the heart of the day: hands-on, rotating practice sessions where teams work through live challenges using the tools your organisation already has. Whether that’s precision prompting, data analysis, content creation, or workflow automation — the activities are built around your use cases, not ours. Teams work together, experiment, make mistakes, and learn in real time with an expert in the room.
The day closes with a pitch-back — teams present what they’ve built back to the room, embedding their learning and leaving with a clear personal action plan for how AI fits into their day-to-day role.
