Everyone’s learning to prompt yet almost nobody’s learning to build. This masterclass is designed to teach creative and production teams the automation skill AI training usually skips. It is not another prompting session, but three live sessions in which attendees diagnose a real workflow, build the actual automation in Make, and design in the checks that keep it accurate and on-brand. They leave with one real automation running in their own account, not slides.
Most AI creative training teaches prompting tricks. This one teaches the skill teams actually need: building the automations that do repetitive work for them. Becky McOwen-Banks runs exactly this kind of system, content pipelines with approval gates, automated publishing workflows, multi-step creative systems, inside her own businesses every week, and in this masterclass she teaches that method directly, not a simplified version of it.
Across three live virtual sessions, attendees work on one real piece of their own workflow, start to finish. In session one, they map a real creative or production task end to end, every handoff, every approval, then apply a simple split to separate the mechanical parts from the parts that genuinely need human judgement, and rank their top candidates for automation. There’s no coding, and no prior automation experience required, only that attendees already use AI in their daily work and want to move from prompting one tool at a time to building systems that keep working without them.
Each session runs 90 – 180 minutes with structured homework in between, and the course is assessed by outcome: attendees leave with a working automation in their own accounts, a completed workbook evidencing each step, and a personal 90-day plan for what to automate next.
Find the thing worth automating.
Most people jump straight to building. This week's about slowing down first, mapping a real workflow you actually run, warts and all, then working out which parts are genuinely mechanical and which need a human's judgement. You'll leave with a shortlist: the top three automations in your team most worth building, ranked by how much time they'd actually give back.

Build it live. Not a demo, completely yours.
This is the where you do the work. You watch a real automation get built from scratch, step by step, then you build your own, same shape, your workflow, your account. You'll hit something that breaks (everyone does), and that's the point: you leave knowing how to fix it yourself, not just how to follow instructions.

Make it something you'd trust with your name on it.
A pipeline that runs isn't the same as one you'd stand behind. This week you build in the checkpoint that keeps it accurate and on-brand, then tackle the real reason automations quietly die a few weeks after a workshop: no owner, no error alerts, sources that move. You leave with a working automation, a plan for the next 90 days, and a way to explain it to your team that doesn't sound like plumbing.
