AI-Powered Talent Acquisition

If you’re in Talent Acquisition, and you’ve already had the “AI is coming for recruitment” conversation a dozen times but still spend most of your week writing job ads, screening CVs and chasing hiring managers for feedback… if you’ve dabbled with ChatGPT or Copilot but never built anything that actually sticks… and if what you want isn’t another lecture on AI, but a working sourcing-to-onboarding process you can run on Monday morning… then this series is for you.

This 6-week programme has been designed by Talent Acquistion & Human Resources strategist Magdalena Orascanin, who has trained organisations across EMEA & AMER regions.

The series guides participants along the full hiring journey, separating the hype from what AI can genuinely do in TA today, then moves into mapping your own recruitment funnel to spot exactly where AI should, and shouldn’t, get involved. From there, we get hands-on: building sourcing and screening workflows, designing inclusive job ads and interview processes, and using AI to strengthen your standing as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not just an order-taker.

It closes with your own AI Talent Acquisition Blueprint and leaves you with a 90-day plan.

Every session is hands-on and built around your own open roles, not fictional case studies. You’ll work with the AI tools you already have access to, so what you build is usable the moment the session ends, on whatever’s already approved at your organisation.

Week 1: The Talent Acquisition Revolution

AI is not replacing recruiters. It's changing where recruiters create value, and this first session draws the line between the two. We'll cut through the "AI will 10x your hiring" noise and look honestly at what generative AI can and can't do in recruitment today, and how it differs from the traditional, data-driven AI that's likely already sitting inside your ATS.

You'll see the shift the best recruiters are already making: from executor and CV screener to talent advisor, market intelligence expert and candidate experience architect, and get a live demonstration of candidate persona creation, talent market research and interview preparation using AI.

You'll leave having mapped your own recruitment process end to end, ready to identify exactly where AI should help and where your judgement matters more.

Week 2: Mapping The AI-Powered Hiring Journey

AI can support (not replace) every stage of hiring: Attract, Source, Assess, Engage, but not every stage should be automated, and this session is about telling the difference in your own process.

We'll walk through employer branding and job descriptions, sourcing and outreach, interview preparation and structured assessment, candidate communication and onboarding, with real prompts and real workflows at each stage.

You'll leave with your first AI-assisted recruitment workflow, built against a role you're currently hiring for, and a clear view of which stages are worth building out further in the weeks ahead.

Week 3: Sourcing, Screening & Smarter Shortlisting

This is where the building starts. You'll learn how AI can help you screen candidates on skills rather than keyword matches, and practise structured prompting frameworks that get consistently better output. We'll cover Boolean sourcing, salary and market benchmarking, and comparing shortlists without losing sight of the fact that the AI gives you options, you apply the judgement.

You'll leave with a working AI Screening Scorecard and a Sourcing Prompt Sheet built around your own open roles.

Week 4: Job Ads, Interview Design & Candidate Experience

The first impression most candidates get of your company is a job ad, so this session is about making that impression count. You'll build inclusive, bias-reduced job descriptions with AI, generate interview questions properly aligned to role competencies rather than generic templates, and look at how AI transcription and note-taking tools free you up to actually listen in interviews rather than scribbling notes.

We'll also cover onboarding personalisation: welcome emails, first-week checklists, FAQ assistants, so the candidate experience holds up all the way from application to day one. You'll leave with an Inclusive Job Description Prompter and an Interview Question Generator Guide.

Week 5: From Executor To Strategic Advisor

The recruiters who thrive won't be the ones using the most tools, they'll be the ones combining AI with judgement, influence and strategic thinking. This session is about becoming the person hiring managers turn to before a decision, not after one: using AI to prepare for pushback conversations, build the data-backed case for a candidate, and advise leaders on where AI belongs in their own hiring practice.

We'll also cover responsible AI in recruitment properly: bias, fairness, transparency, human oversight, and what the EU AI Act actually means for hiring decisions, because this is the area where getting it wrong costs the most.

You'll leave having built your AI Talent Acquisition Blueprint: your stack, your workflows, your guiding principles, and your next 90-day plan.

Week 6: Live Q&A + Talent Acquisition Clinic

This is our one hour, open format, ask me anything session.

Bring your prompts, your live vacancies, the hiring challenges you haven't cracked, a sourcing problem, or a leadership question about how to bring your wider TA team along.

No new content, no slides, just answers to the real problems that have built up across the previous five sessions.

Customer Reviews

OpenText, Talent Acquisition Workshop
S. Dinneen

"Magdalena was fantastic. She brings exceptional knowledge to the subject and has a natural ability to present complex information in an accessible, engaging way. The workshop felt genuinely tailored to our team's specific challenges rather than off-the-shelf, which made a real difference. The open, candid atmosphere she created encouraged great interaction throughout, and I left with a much clearer understanding of AI, and a more positive outlook on how we can use it effectively. Highly recommended."
